Bringing together the AAPI entrepreneurial ecosystem to strengthen relationships and cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs through discussing and solving their greatest challenges. The broader goal is to support the larger AAPI community by empowering the next generation of community minded business owners.
The conference theme this year is Unity.
The intention is to unite, connect, and empower AAPI entrepreneurs and business owners nationwide.
This reimagined format ensures attendees are as intentional about benefiting from our programming as they are about leaving the conference with new, lifelong relationships with fellow leaders and contributing to collective learning and discussion.
Our vision is to pioneer an annual forum for our generation's brightest and most promising AAPI business leaders to improve the state of our entrepreneurial ecosystem and future on both the micro and macro level.

In November 2021, ACE NextGen hosted the inaugural Pathfinder Awards to celebrate the perseverance of AAPI millennial entrepreneurs through all the hardships.
We are honored to continue the tradition this year and celebrate the AAPI leaders at our Pathfinder Awards Ceremony. We love to feature the AAPI-owned food and beverage businesses, along with performers, singers, DJs at the ceremony.
